Why is the selected course or assessment (exam) not launching?

In some cases, you may not be able to launch TLC courses or assessments (exams). This typically occurs because your browser has been configured to block popups.

Launching TLC courses and assessments relies on popup windows, and if popups are blocked, it will appear that nothing happens when the function is selected. In fact, the browser has blocked the popup window from appearing.
