Why is the selected course or assessment (exam) not launching?
In some cases, you may not be able to launch TLC courses or assessments (exams). This typically occurs because your browser has been configured to block popups.
Launching TLC courses and assessments relies on popup windows, and if popups are blocked, it will appear that nothing happens when the function is selected. In fact, the browser has blocked the popup window from appearing.
To resolve this issue, review your browser settings to ensure that popups are not blocked. For more information, refer to the instruction for your browser (e.g., Chrome) in How do I set up my browser to run TLC 360 Pro?
