Why is My Selected Course or Exam Not Launching?

This typically occurs because the browser has been configured to block pop-ups.

Certain TLC functions (launching courses or exams, exporting records, generating course and exam keys, and printing CU Bits) rely on pop-up windows. If a course is launched but nothing happens, the most common reason is because the browser has blocked the pop-up window from opening.

Review the browser settings to ensure that pop-ups are not blocked. For more information, refer to the instruction for the browser in use (e.g., Chrome) in How Do I Set Up My Browser to Run The Learning Center?
