TLC 360 Pro is designed to work best when your browser and text settings are configured to these default settings:
- your browser’s zoom setting should be 100%, and
- the text size should be Medium.
If the zoom or text size settings have been changed, screen elements may overlap, appear incorrectly, or even disappear.
To determine if your zoom and text size settings are correct, follow the instructions for your browser below. If you’re using Windows and TLC 360 Pro’s screen elements are still not correctly displayed after resetting your browser settings, you may also need to change your Windows font size setting.
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari (Desktop/Laptop)
- Safari (iPhone)
- Safari (iPad)
- Windows font size setting
Edge
- Select the Settings and more icon at the top right of your Edge browser.
- When the menu appears, ensure Zoom is set to 100%. There is no separate text size setting in Edge.
Chrome
- Select the Settings icon at the top right of your Chrome browser.
- When the menu appears, ensure Zoom is set to 100%.
- To check the text size, select Settings.
- When the Settings page appears, locate the Appearance section, and ensure Font size is set to Medium.
Firefox
- Select the Open menu icon at the top right of your Firefox browser.
- When the menu appears, ensure Zoom is set to 100%.
- To check the text size, select Preferences.
- In the Language and Appearance section, ensure the font size is set to the default (16). The actual font selected (e.g., Times) doesn’t matter because this setting isn’t used by TLC 360 Pro.
Safari (Desktop/Laptop)
- Select View from the Safari menu bar. If the zoom is greater or less than 100%, select Actual Size. (If Actual Size is not available, the browser screen is already at 100%). There is no separate text size setting in Safari.
Safari (iPhone)
If the Accessibility, Zoom setting has been enabled, you may want to turn it off to use TLC 360 Pro.
- From your iPhone home screen, select Settings, General, Accessibility.
- If Zoom is turned on, slide the button to turn it off.
TLC 360 Pro is not affected by large font settings that may have been set through the Accessibility options on your iPhone, so this setting should not have to be reset.
Safari (iPad)
If the Accessibility, Zoom setting has been enabled, you may need to turn it off to use TLC 360 Pro.
- From your iPad home screen, select Settings, General, Accessibility.
- If Zoom is turned on, slide the button to turn it off.
TLC 360 Pro is not affected by large font settings that may have been set through the Accessibility options on your iPad, so this setting should not have to be reset.
Windows Font Size Setting
If you’re using Windows and you’ve adjusted your browser settings and TLC 360 Pro still doesn’t appear correctly, check your Windows font size setting. Note that these instructions are for Windows 10.
- Select the Windows Start menu, then select the Settings icon.
- When the Windows Settings options appear, select System, then select Display.
- In the Scale and layout section, ensure 100% is selected.
