Why Can't My Learner Log into The Learning Center?

If a learner is having trouble accessing the application, review the following list:

  • Incorrect user ID or password – If a learner’s user ID or password isn’t being accepted upon log in, ask them to ensure that there are no spaces either before, within, or after the text they’re typing. Spaces are not allowed in either the user ID or password. If spaces aren’t the issue, suggest to the learner that they click either Forgot User ID or Forgot Password (depending on which they’re having issues with) on The Learning Center login screen. Also, an Administrator should verify the employee is using the correct user ID, which is found under the Number column on the Employees data screen.

  • Other issues – The Learning Center requires that Javascript and cookies be enabled, and pop-up windows not be blocked in the browser. For more information, refer to FAQ How do I set up my browser to run The Learning Center?
