Why can't I see all of the assessments (exams) I've completed?

Sometimes, depending on when you’ve completed an assessment (exam) with a passing score and when you’ve viewed your Training Plan box on the dashboard, you may not see a recently completed assessment. When this occurs, refresh the browser window (click the arrow or similar icon, depending on your browser). 

If refreshing the browser window does not work, logout of TLC, close and reopen your browser, and then log back in.

If the course is still not showing as completed, please contact your manager or site administrator and let them know there is an issue with the course not completing.
