Who Started their Appraisal?

I am trying to run a report to see which employees have started their appraisals. Which report would show me this information?

The Cycle Status report will show which employees have started their appraisal, as well as other steps that have been completed such as marking ready, merging, routing (if applicable.)

Click the "Started" checkbox from the report wizard so that column will appear on the report.
