Viewing Completed Courses or Exams

Viewing Completed Courses or Exams Help for Administrators. Add and maintain courses and exams.

  • Select Schedules from the Admin menu. The Courses screen opens. To view exams, click the arrow next to Courses, then select Exams.

  • To filter the records to only show or print a subset, do the following:

    • Select the Filters check box.

    • To only view classroom-based or non-classroom courses, select/de-select the Classroom or Non-Classroom checkboxes.

    • Depending on how you would like to filter the records, select a last name, first name, course title, request, completed, category, and/or code from the drop-down lists.

  • To print the complete or filtered list of records, click Print on the toolbar.
  • To create and/or save a spreadsheet use the Export function in the ribbon.
