Merit Increase Planning-->Apply Increases:

  • By selecting Apply Increases, employee pay rates, last increase amount, and last increase dates are sent from Merit Planning to Structured Compensation. Note: If increases are paid on employees’ anniversary dates, this feature will allow you to select a time frame for which you would like to update that information.

  • If you are integrated with Performance Pro; the Performance Levels in Merit Planning must need to match the Performance Levels transferred to Employee Maintenance from Performance Pro in order to utilize this feature.
  • The system will prompt you with a warning to ensure you’d like to transfer the information back to Compease. If this is acceptable, click OK. Then click Continue.

  • Note: Be very cautious to ensure all information is correct before sending it back to Structured Compensation as it can be complicated to undo this process once completed.
