Terminating an Employee - Performance Pro
Note: It is highly recommended that employees who leave your employment be terminated in the system rather than deleted. Deleted employee information CANNOT be retrieved. Termination will free up their license and allow you to use it for a new employee. It is very simple to reinstate a terminated employee at a later time, if needed, along with all of their past performance data.
To Terminate an Employee
Click Manage Employees.
Click Employee Data.
Enter a date in the "Termination Date" field.
Click Save.
Note: You will not be able to terminate a user who is an appraiser if they currently have employees assigned to them. You will need to assign the employees to a different appraiser and then perform the termination.
