Scheduling Courses from the Learning Library

From Card view, a course can be assigned using the Assign icon, allowing you to select Employees to assign the course to along with any required Due Dates.

From the List view, select the Course you would like to assign to an employee. The arrow can be used to view the Course Description. The Assign icon under the Actions column will allow you to assign this to an employee along with Due Date requirements.

The pop up will provide the list of library courses that can be selected to assign using the checkboxes.

Search for additional courses using the Search bar. Selected courses to be assigned will populate on the right side. Scroll down to move onto Select Employees.

Next, select the Employees that are being assigned the course(s) using the checkboxes.

Search for additional employees using the Search bar. Selected Employees will populate on the right side. Scroll down to move onto Select Due Dates.

If the course is already assigned to the selected employee, a notification will populate indicating this.

Select a Due Date or new Due Date if needed. The selected course can be marked as Required using the checkbox to the right of the course title.

*Please Note: Overwrite Options will allow you to Overwrite existing course assignments for employees selected, allowing the ability to overwrite completed course records as well. Most commonly, No Overwrites would be selected.*

Select Assign Course(s) or use the Back icon to make changes.

Confirmation will be received indicating that the selected courses have been assigned to the employees.
