Schedule a Classroom (ILT) Course

For Managers with a limited downline view

Under Learning Curriculum, select Add New.

Use the Search Bar to find the ILT course. Filter options can also be used to sort for the course when you filter Course Type by Classroom. 

Check the box to the right of the course to select the course. Select Next: Select Employee(s) to move on to add employees.

Select the checkbox at the end of the employee's name line to choose those being scheduled. Filters can also be used to narrow down the employee list. Then, select Next: Select Date(s) to choose the session date.

Select the session for which you would like the employee(s) to attend. 

Note: If the date of the course has already passed, enter the amount of days in 'Include Courses for Past __ days'. This function would also be used to add an employee into the course who was not previously registered for it. 

Then, click Assign Course(s).

Confirmation will be received indicating that the selected course has been assigned to the employee(s).
