  • The Select Courses screen will populate. Select a course category to choose courses from that category to add to your plan, then click Next: Organize Course(s).
  • The Organize Courses screen will appear. Here you can adjust the dates you'd like a course completed on, leading up to the completion date, or click and drag the course to reorder the courses. Click Next: Assign.
  • The Assign Employees screen will populate. Add employees or groups to the plan and then click Next: View Assigned.
  • The View Assigned Employees screen will appear, showing all employees that are to be scheduled the learning plan.  Click Close.

To Publish the plan, making it live on the site, navigate back to the Learning Library, and select Learning Plans from the dropdown. Find the plan by filtering by the Plan Name.
