Taking A Classroom or Instructor Led Course For Employees

If your organization offers classroom courses, there are two options to view and register for upcoming classroom courses.

To register for a classroom course in your Calendar:

  • Find the course title in your calendar, under the Learning Library or Learning Curriculum tile and select Click Here.
  • When Course Information screen appears, check to make ensure there are still seats available under Assigned Seats.
  • If there are available seats, select Register.  If the amount of seats appears to be at it's limit, you may still register for the session but a manager or administrator will need to approve your request.  Under ILT Courses in your Learning Curriculum, the Status of the course will show in red as Awaiting Approval. 
  • Once your manager has approved your request, the status of the course on the Classroom tab will be changed to ‘Registered’.


To register for an classroom course, you can also click on the Add New+ function. 

  • Click Add New+ and a window will open to schedule a course.  Use the filters or the search bar to find your course name and click the checkbox next to the course. Click Next: Select Date(s) and use the dropdown under the course name to choose the correct date for the course and then click Assign Course(s). 
  • A confirmation message will appear to ensure the course has been added to your curriculum/calendar.
