Scheduling Classroom Based Courses Help for Administrators. Add and maintain courses and exams.
To Schedule a Classroom Course:

Select Schedules from the Admin menu.

Click the arrow next to Courses, then select Classrooms.

To add a new Classroom Session, click Schedule. The New Classroom Session(s) screen appears.

Complete the following fields:

Course – Select the course you want to schedule.

Note: If you are not using a course that already exists in the Learning Library, a course must be created in the Library prior to creating a Classroom Course. To do this, see Adding or Editing a Course.

Instructor – Select an instructor. (Instructors are employees who have been designated as Instructors in their employee record. Alternatively, if the instructor is from outside the organization, you may want to create an Instructors Branch, and allocate these individuals to that branch).

Location – Select a location for the course.

Multiple Dates – If the course you are scheduling will be conducted several times on multiple dates, or a single course spanning multiple dates, select the Multiple Dates checkbox, then specify whether the multiple dates are Separate Courses on Multiple Dates, or Single Course Spanning Multiple Dates. Enter the first date. Once you click Update, you will be prompted to enter the second set of dates.
- Time Zone - Select the correct time zone.

Date – Select the date of the course.

Classroom Seats – Enter the number of seats available in the class being offered.

Start Time, End Time – Enter the start and end times of the class .

Notes – Enter any additional information you want to appear in the description of the scheduled course.

Click Update to save.
