Performance Pro Release Notes

Performance Pro Update v3.19.5

Released on June 27, 2019

Multi-Appraiser Changes

Icon will Indicate Presence of Comments

When an Administrative User or Unit Administrator views the Multi-Appraiser tab on the evaluation screens, a green circle will indicate the presence of a comment entered by that Multi-Appraiser. A gray circle indicates no comment.

The comments are read only to the Primary Appraiser, but editable by the Administrative User and Unit Admins up until the appraisal is in route or once completed. Comments will open for edits by clicking on the green circle.

Multi-Appraiser Summary Comments Tab

When an employee is evaluated by Multi-Appraisers and “Allow Multi-Appraiser View” is turned on, a Multi-Appraiser Summary Comments tab will be visible in the Summary Comments section of the appraisal. This tab will display all summary comments entered by the multi-appraisers in the order in which they are assigned on the System Setup > Multi-Appraiser Setup > Assign MA tab. The tab is viewable by the Administrative User, Unit Admins, or Primary Appraisers. The comments are read only to the Primary Appraiser, but editable by the Administrative User and Unit Admins up until the appraisal is in route or once completed.

Employee Selector in Administrator Role

When in the Administrator role, users in the employee selector will display alphabetically and left justified whether they are a direct report to the Administrator or not. Other roles will still display with indenting and color-coding to indicate Downline relationships.

Stop Route

Beginning with this update, when an Administrative User stops a route, the route status of users involved in the appraisal and any routing notes they have entered will not be removed. Routing notes will still appear on the Appraisals > Finish Appraisal > Route tab and when clicking the Route Information button within the appraisal in Performance History.

Goals Linked to Strategies

Changes have been made to the popup window that appears when selecting a goal that’s linked to a strategy from the evaluation screen or Employee Goal Tools. The strategy icon will display in the popup beside the goal name, indicating the goal is linked to a strategy. Strategies the goal is linked to will display below. Clicking x will close the popup.

Ad-Hoc Notification Changes

When clicking on the Ad-Hoc notification bell from anywhere within the program, the View Log button will now display as View Scheduled Emails to more appropriately describe its function.

When creating a notification, clicking in the “To” field will now open an employee selection box like what appears in other areas of the application.

The employees in the list will ONLY be those with an email address entered on the Employee Data screen and who are not already selected for the notification.
