Performance Pro - Controlling What Employees Can View in Performance History - New Interface
This article will discuss the areas of performance history to which you can grant employee access.
Grant Employee Access to Appraisals, Forms, Notes, Additional Documents
NOTE
Activating these features will give all employees access to the areas, not just select employees.
Click System Configuration then Company Settings.
Scroll to the Hide and Show section. Click Options.
Scroll to the View Performance History section and click the View Performance History box. The options below it will become selectable.
Click the boxes beside the items you would like to grant employee access to (Notes, Forms, Appraisals, Multi-Appraisals if applicable, and Additional Documents).
TIP
- Notes - If you give employees access to View ALL Notes, they will be able to see all notes created on their record, not just those shared with them.
- Forms – Employees will be able to see all their Forms once they are saved as Complete. They will not be able to see pending forms.
- Appraisals – Employees will be able to see historical appraisals. Clicking EE View MA Appraisal would allow the employee to see any multi-appraiser input on their appraisal, if the multi-appraiser feature is used.
- Additional Documents – Employees will be able to see all documents uploaded to their record by any user.
Click Save.
