Performance Pro - Making Edits to a Merged and/or Routed Appraisal - New Interface
The steps in this article are for Administrative users only.
When an appraisal has been merged, it becomes "read-only" and the employee and multi-appraiser(s) are locked out and cannot make edits. Appraisers may also be locked out of editing the appraisal depending on your settings. While an appraisal is routed, the primary appraiser cannot make edits.
If the employee and/or multi-appraiser(s) need to make changes, three actions need to be performed:
1. stop the route
2. un-merge the appraisal
3. clear the Ready status for any user that needs to make edits.
Stop the Route
- Set your role to Administrator.
- Select Appraisals & Forms.
- Select the employee.
- Select the Appraisal or Form
- Select the Merge & Route section.
- Scroll down to the Route area and click Stop Route.
Un-Merge the Appraisal
From the Merge section of the screen, click Un-Merge.
Clear the Ready Status for the Desired User
Click the Mark Ready icon to move to the Mark Ready section.
Click Un-Ready for Meeting for the user who needs to make edits.
Once the desired edits have been made, the user(s) will need to Mark Ready, the appraisal will need to be merged again, and then re-routed as needed.
