Performance Pro - Changing Appraisal Dates, Cycle, & Frequency Settings - New Interface
This article describes how to make changes to an employee's appraisal dates, appraisal cycle, and appraisal frequency.
NOTE
Changing an Appraisal Period or Due Date will not result in data loss, nor will it advance or initiate a new appraisal.
Setting an Employee’s Appraisal Period, Cycle, & Frequency Settings
Select Employee Data.
Select the employee from the dropdown.
Scroll to the Appraisal Settings section.
Select an Appraisal Frequency and Appraisal Cycle from the dropdown menu.
Enter the appraisal start date.
Select Save.
NOTE
- The Appraisal Period To date will auto-populate based on the Appraisal Frequency.
- The Due Date will auto-populate based on the Appraisal Period From date and can be changed.
- The Last Appraisal Date field reflects the day the employee’s last appraisal was marked complete. Performance Pro will auto-populate this field. However, this date can be changed manually.
