Navigating the Learning Curriculum for Employees

In this area, you can view and take courses that have been assigned to you and also see courses that have been completed.

There are four main tabs that house your courses. There may also be some subfolders under each of these tabs: 

  • Registered has required courses that have been assigned to you by a manager or administrator.
  • Recommended has courses that may have been assigned to you but are not required or courses that you have assigned to yourself. 
  • Overdue houses any courses that are past due.
  • Completed contains all courses that have been complete.  You can also print a certificate of completion for each completed course, under the Actions column.
  • Individual Courses are single courses assigned independently or on a one by one basis with a due date, which include courses assigned in a learning plan.
  • Learning Plans are a group of courses assigned by the site Administrator that are required to be completed. 
  • Position Courses are courses assigned based on your position.  They are courses that are suggested for you to take to support your or enhance your role.
  • ILT Courses show courses that will be taking with a live instructor, either in person or online or recorded online webinars.

In the Actions column, you can view and print any additional Resources that might be associated with the course as well as a description of the course. 

Other functions on this page include viewing the ILT calendar, under the calendar icon, adding a new course to your curriculum, or changing your view from list to image tiles.
