Merit Increase Matrix – Report shows your merit increase matrix with any customizations as well as your answers to the assumptions questions.

Model Employee Master – This report displays employee master demographic information for all employees in the current merit increase model.

Totals for Merit Increase Calculation – This report shows the summary totals for your merit plan. This is the same information that appears after calculating merit increases by all employees, but in report form.

Merit Plan Report – The report can be run for all employees, by supervisor, department, branch, or location. This report gives the complete picture for any employee including current information, performance level, position in range level, months since last increase, any pro-rating or manual increase adjustments, and projected information.

Internal Equity Review – The report can be run by company, supervisor, department, branch, or location. This report is a user-friendly combination of the employee master report and annual compensation plan report. This is a good report to show managers for merit increases for their staff.

Projected Payroll Expense – The report can be run for all employees, by supervisor, department, branch, location, or just the monthly/annual totals. This report distributes employees’ pay evenly across 12 months. If an increase occurs in the second half of a month, it will appear on the subsequent month in this report. This report shows what each employee costs you month-over-month for both current pay and future pay based on the size of his/her merit increase.

Employee Pay Change Notification – This report will print for all employees in the merit plan. It displays current and projected pay information based on the merit matrix. It has places for employee and manager signatures if desired. As with all reports, this can be exported and information can be added or removed based on the level of transparency for information like compa ratio, pay grade, etc.

Employee Base Salary Statement - This report is similar to the Employee Pay Change Notification, but will provide a Salary Statement with both Salary Information and Methodology regarding merit increases with a customizable form.
- Merit Audit Report: This will show you all changes that have been made in Merit Planning and the admin or supervisor that made the change.
- Calculation Errors – This report will list any employee whose record has an error which will cause merit increases to be inaccurate. It lists the description of the error next to each employee. Ensure that no errors exist prior to approving budget numbers.

Exported Data Report - This report will populate when a Company Admin Updates Structured Compensation. It displays the Date and Time the data is exported, the Name of the Merit Plan, Plan Effective Year, and the Total Projected Annual Salary.

Supervisor report: If you have given a supervisor access to your plan and they make a change or comment on the plan, the changes made will populate.
