Is there a way we change an appraisal after we clicked the Complete button?
As a Performance Pro admin, there are times you will need to allow a completed appraisal to be edited by the manager. To do that, the appraisal must be "un-completed."
Before uncompleting an appraisal, be sure there are no scores and comments in the current appraisal as those would no longer be displayed once the "uncomplete" is performed.
Please note, this does not affect historical data.
Make sure the Appraiser and Position are the same on the completed appraisal versus what is on the Employee Data screen.
To un-complete the appraisal, select the employee from the Employee Selector. From the main menu, click Administration > Manage Users, then the Uncomplete Appraisal tab. Check the acknowledgment checkbox and then click Uncomplete Appraisal.
