How Can I Get More Help?

Select Request Support from the Help, Support, and About menu on The Learning Center menu bar.

When the Request Support screen appears, select I need to report an error.

Click Enter Details, then when the Report your Error box appears, enter the following:

  • Name of the person who experienced the problem

  • The date and time the problem occurred

  • A description of the problem (the more detail, the better)

  • What you expected to occur and what actually occurred

  • The exact text of any error messages you received

Ensure the address in the Your Email Address field is correct so a member of HR Performance Solutions support staff can contact you.

Click Report. A confirmation message will appear.

Click OK to close the message screen.
