Exporting an Employee's Information

Exporting an Employee's Information Help for Administrators. Managing Employee Information.

  • Select Employees from the Admin menu. The list of employee records appears.

  • Select the employee record that you want to export, then click Exp Info on the toolbar. A file will populate and be available to download.

  • Depending on the browser you are using, the downloaded file can be accessed either through a function at the bottom of your browser window or via a button near the top of the browser window.

Note: You can create a .csv file that includes the employee’s name and position as well as their course and exam history. This function is useful for archiving an individual’s data and course assignment history.
