Employee Reports (Compease Starter)

Compease Starter

Below is a list of Reports that can be found from the data shown in the Employee Master area of Compease. The drop down menu in each section can be used to select the method of which you’d like to run the report.

  • Employee Data – Report lists active employee data in a variety of ways: by supervisor, job title, pay grade, location, etc. Select the report type that will display the data in the most useful method for your purpose. Exporting this report as a csv. will populate all available employee data for you to filter as desired.

  • Archived Employee Reports – Report lists archived employee data by employee, termination date, or termination reason. Select the report type that will display the data in the most useful method for your purpose.

  • Employee History Reports – Report shows changes that have been made to an employee record. It will indicate the employee name, field(s) affected, the information before and after the change, the user that made the change and the date.

  • Compa Ratio Reports –Report lists active employee data in a variety of ways: by company, employee, supervisor, etc. This report shows the employees department, job title, date in position, salary range, payrate and the compa ratio.
