Performance Pro - Employee - Mark Ready - New Interface
How to mark your self-appraisal as Ready. Please follow the steps below and as illustrated in the video.
Once you’ve finished adding scores and comments in each area of the appraisal and are 100% sure you are through, you will mark the appraisal ready.
Note: Once marked "Ready," the appraisal will no longer be editable.
Logged in as an employee, click Appraisals & Forms.
Click Open on the appraisal card.
Click Mark Ready at the top of the appraisal or from the bottom of the Summary Comments screen.
Review the Appraisal Checklist to ensure all scores and comments are present.
TIP
If Performance Pro is configured so that comments are required, you will not be able to click Mark Ready until comments are entered for each item.
Click Mark Ready for Meeting.
Click Next: View Full Appraisal if you’d like view/print/pdf a copy of your self-appraisal.
NOTE
After marking ready, three things will immediately occur:
- The review is instantly shifted into read-only mode. If you need to edit the review after you have marked it ready, ask your HR team to make the review editable again.
- Your self-appraisal is now available for your manager to review.
- A new appraisal has been launched for your next appraisal cycle. As an example, if the appraisal you just finished had the date range of 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024, then the new appraisal cycle will be 1/1/2025 to 12/31/2025.
Next, if your company uses the e-signature tool, you will be notified to e-sign the appraisal once your manager is finished with it. How to e-sign.
