Editing Historical (Completed) Appraisals - Performance Pro
Once an appraisal has been marked Complete, it is read-only to Employees and Appraisers. Administrative Users may edit limited content on a completed Appraisal, as detailed below. If significant changes are needed, an appraisal can be uncompleted and the changes can be made by the appraiser.
How to Edit a Completed Appraisal
Click Employee Documents.
Click Performance History.
Select the History appraisal you wish to edit.
Click Edit.
You will be redirected to the Finish Appraisal > Complete tab. Appraisal dates and overall weights can be edited on this screen.
Click Save.
To edit appraiser ratings and comments, from the main menu, click Evaluate Core Values, Evaluate Competencies, Evaluate Goals, or Summary Comments and make your edits in the appropriate areas. If Employee or Multi-Appraiser ratings and comments need to be edited, you will need to Uncomplete the appraisal and send back to the appropriate parties. Changes will save as you leave the Appraisal area.
Note: Changing anything on the appraisal other than the Period Start Date and Period End Date will result in e-signatures being removed (along with any Agree/Disagree comments that were made) and the appraisal will need to be signed again and Agree/Disagree comments entered again. If you are not using e-signatures, it is recommended that you print the appraisal and have all parties sign again.
