User Security - Edit User - Compease
User Security-->User Information-->Edit User:
1) Select the user you’d like to modify from the list. Note: The individual must be an employee in Employee Master to be given access.
2) Click the pencil in the “Edit” column and it will take you to the Edit User tab. Alternatively, you may simply select the Edit User tab and perform a name search from there.
3) Modify the field needed to be changed. This is the area you can change the individual’s username and employee ID if desire. If you make a change to the employee’s name, this change will also be made on the employee’s record in the Employee Master.
4) Once your changes are complete, click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
