Managers - E-Signature
This article walks through the steps needed to e-sign an appraisal.
E-Signature
While the appraisal is marked Complete, the last step is to e-sign the appraisal. Your Performance Pro Admin in HR has determined who is required to e-sign. If required to e-sign, you will receive an email requesting your e-signature. Next, log in as a manager and from your home screen, click “Appraisal” on the “To Be Signed” item and then navigate to the e-signature section at the bottom of the appraisal. Click "Sign."
