Duplicating Course or Exam Records
Duplicating Course or Exam Records Help for Administrators. Add and maintain courses and exams.
To duplicate a single course or exam record:

Select Library from the Admin menu. The Courses screen appears. If duplicating an exam, select the arrow next to Courses, then select Exam.

Select the course or exam to duplicate, then click Multi Duplicate on the toolbar to annualize the course/exam or just Duplicate to create a secondary copy.

Decide if you would like the year to be in the prefix or suffix for both the course and exam. Move the courses to the Courses To Duplicate field, and then click Update.

To assign a new name to a duplicated course or exam, select the record that has ‘- Duplicate’ in the title, then click Edit.

When the course properties screen opens, change the course title (i.e., remove ‘- Duplicate’ and assign a new name).

Click Update to save.
