Cycle Status Report - Performance Pro

Run this report to see the status (started, marked ready, merged, or completed) of all current appraisals in your system. 

To Run and View a Cycle Status Report

From the main menu, click Reports, then Appraisals, then Cycle Status.

From the "Select" tab make your choices in the "Simple Filter" and "Search Range" areas to pinpoint the group of appraisals you are looking for. 

Note: At any point, you can click Next to further define your report, Back to return to a previous screen, or Done to run the report without further filters. 

Make selections for inclusion in the report. Click the double right >> green arrows to move all items from the "Available" box to the "Selected" box. If you only wish to include certain ones, click on the item from the "Available" box and then click the single right > green arrow to move it to the "Selected" box. Continue until all desired items you would like to be included in the report appear in the "Selected" box. Click Next or Done.

Note: The "Available" box will contain choices based on your selections from the previous screen. For example, if you chose Departments in the Simple Filter, the Available box will display a list of your company Departments. If you chose All, a list of all employees will display. 

Choose how you would like the data in your report grouped by clicking the appropriate radio buttons in the "Group Sort" area. Click Next or Done.

Choose which columns to show/hide on the report. Some selections will, by default, already be checked. Deselect them if desired. You will receive an error message if you exceed the maximum number of columns that can appear on the report. You will then need to reduce your column choices.

If desired, click Save Report to save the chosen filters for the next time you wish to run the report.

Click Done and the report will display on the "View" tab. 

To Print a Report

When the report is displayed on the "View" tab, click Print Preview.

The report will display in a separate browser window.

Use your browser print function or click the Print Form button to print the report.

To view/print the report from a .pdf format, click the PDF button and print through your PDF reader software.

To Export a Report

When the report is displayed on the "View" tab, click the Export tab.

Select the desired format by clicking on it. Options are Export to CSV (comma delimited file-Excel file), and Export to Doc (Word document).

The process of downloading and saving the report to your computer will vary depending on the internet browser you are using. Follow the instructions as they appear for your browser.
