Company Settings > Appraisal Settings > Advanced Settings and Descriptions

Listed below are descriptions for Advanced Settings under the Appraisal Settings tab. When setting changes are made, please remember to click save at the bottom of the Performance Pro page.

Advanced Settings  
Unit Admin Administration Allows Department, Division, Location, and Routing Group Admins the ability to reset passwords and unlock accounts for those in their assigned units. They can also add and edit employees and alias a user they have access to.
Share Note Allows appraisers and employees to share a note.  If disabled, note sharing is not available. 
Share Note Email Notification When enabled, employees will receive an email notification when notes have been shared with them.
Shared Goal Note Email Notification When enabled, employees will receive an email notification when Goal Notes have been shared with them.
Concurrent Appraisals Allows an admin to create additional appraisal processes beyond the annual (or default) appraisal cycle.  Examples of concurrent appraisals are 90 day, performance improvement plan, or project-based appraisals. 
Concurrent Appraisals: Hide Appraisal Process Tab Allows the Appraisal Process tab found under Manage Employee > Employee Data > Appraisal Process to be hidden from Appraisers.  When hidden, appraisers will not be able to assign concurrent appraisals to their employees.
Downline Features Allows Downline View and Downline Edit designations for appraisers. These designations give appraisers access to view and/or edit performance history and content for employees within their reporting structure. Once activated, the designations can be given to the appraisers from their Employee Data tab.
Shared Appraisers When checked, allows an employee to have two primary appraisers.  The admin can set  equal or differing weight for each appraiser. 
Cumulative Appraisals Allows an admin to combine multiple appraisals to calculate an average score.   As an example, an admin can calculate an annual rating based on quarterly appraisals.  If desired, admins can enable access for appraisers to calculate these cumulative appraisal scores.
Cumulative Appraisals: Allow Appraisers Gives ability to appraisers to calculate cumulative appraisal scores.
Routing Enables the routing feature to allow routing of appraisals and forms to upline managers for review/approval. Once enabled, you may customize routing settings from Routing Setup screen.
Appraiser Form Deletion Allows appraisers the ability to delete pending forms they have added. If this feature is not turned on, the appraiser would need to contact an admin to remove the form.
Multifactor Authentication When enabled, when the user logs in, a message will indicate the user will receive an email with a link that will allow them to access Performance Pro.  If activated, each employee will be required to have an email address in Employee Data or they will not be able to log into Performance Pro. 
Collaborative Feedback Activates a chat feature which allows users to have conversations with other users within Performance Pro.
Multi-Appraiser Allows up to 20 appraisers to evaluate the same employee. This could be used as a 360-review process or a peer review.
Multi-Appraiser: Allow Multi-Appraiser View Allows appraisers to see, prior to merging, any scores or comments that have been entered by assigned multi-appraisers. The information will appear on a Multi-Appraiser tab on the evaluation screens.
Employee Additional Documents Gives employees the ability to upload documents to their Performance History > Additional Documents tab.
HRIS Integration If your company uses BambooHR, this will be enabled. 
Sync All Employees to TLC Creates an automatic sync of employee information between TLC and PP for employees.
