Adding Current or Future Goals

If I am starting to build my goals for my appraisal (or my employee's appraisal) to be accomplished this year, should I enter these goals in "Future Goals" or "Current Goals?"

Any goals entered in the "Current Goals" tab will be required to be accomplished within the current appraisal period. "Future Goals" will not be completed within the current appraisal period, as they are goals for the employee's next appraisal period.

When the current appraisal is marked "Complete," Future Goals" will automatically cycle forward to become "Current Goals" of the next appraisal process.
