Will a Course or Exam Timeout if a Learner is Interrupted?

Yes, The Learning Center courses will timeout after about 20 minutes of inactivity. Be mindful that sometimes this isn’t obvious.

If the learner resumes the course or exam after more than 20 minutes of inactivity, their results won’t be recorded. We recommend telling learners to only start a course or exam when there will be no interruptions for a minimum of 30 minutes.
