Viewing Completed Courses or Exams Help for Administrators. Add and maintain courses and exams.

Select Schedules from the Admin menu. The Courses screen opens. To view exams, click the arrow next to Courses, then select Exams.

To filter the records to only show or print a subset, do the following:

Select the Filters check box.

To only view classroom-based or non-classroom courses, select/de-select the Classroom or Non-Classroom checkboxes.

Depending on how you would like to filter the records, select a last name, first name, course title, request, completed, category, and/or code from the drop-down lists.

- To print the complete or filtered list of records, click Print on the toolbar.
- To create and/or save a spreadsheet use the Export function in the ribbon.
