Performance Pro - Activating the Merit Matrix Tool- New Interface

Performance Pro accommodates merit pay (pay-for-performance) philosophy which can be used to make consistent pay changes across your organization. Calculations are based on the employee's Performance Level and position in salary range.

To Activate the Merit Increase Function

Select System Configuration then Company Settings.

From the Hide and Show section, click Options.

Uncheck Hide Merit Matrix and Hide Salary.

Click Save.

Once unhidden, the Merit Matrix will appear in the sub menu under System Configuration.
