Listed below are descriptions for Hide & Show settings under the Appraisal Settings tab. When setting changes are made, please remember to click save at the bottom of the Performance Pro page.

Company Settings > Appraisal Settings > Job Descriptions
Job Descriptions	Allows job descriptions to be uploaded to the system and associated with positions.
	Job descriptions are different from the "position" in Performance Pro. The position defines what employees will be evaluated on (competencies). Job descriptions are linked to the position titles so that anyone in that position will see the corresponding job description.
