System Reports - Compease

Below is a list of Reports that can be found in the System Reports area of Compease. The drop down menu in each section can be used to select the method or report you would like to run.

• Company File Reports– Shows how basic company information is currently configured, including: Job Families, Departments, Division/Branches, Locations, Performance Level Descriptions, Supervisors, etc.

• Exception Reports – Houses reports showing Job Titles which have been created but not yet graded, and Job Titles that are overridden and Locations with overridden minimum wages.

• System Templates Reports – Houses several templates available for your use.

• Employee Memo – A template memo that can be downloaded and modified for informing staff about Compease and its use at your organization.

• Compensation Policy – A sample compensation policy which contains many components found in typical compensation policies. This can be downloaded and modified to fit your organization’s compensation philosophy and policies.

• Salary Administration Guide – This contains background information on Compease and its components. It contains many helpful tools for using the system and addressing common compensation challenges.
