Shared Appraisers
Can I assign more than one supervisor/ manager to evaluate an employee? Yes, you can!
Click System Setup.
Click Company Settings.
Under Advanced Features> Check “Shared Appraisers”.
Click Save.
Note: When you have this feature ON and at least one employee has shared appraisers, the setting will be grayed-out. You can not disable this feature with active shared appraiser assignments.
Next, assign the second manager to an employee.
Click Manage Employees.
Click Employee Data.
Update the Appraiser assignments using the Appraiser 1 and Appraiser 2 drop-down menus.
Adjust the weighting for each manager, to total 100% combined weighting.
Click Save.
