Performance Pro -Uploading Job Descriptions and Linking to Positions - New Interface

Job description documents can be uploaded and linked to Performance Pro positions. Employees can access them from a link on their appraisal.

 

Click System Configuration then Company Settings.

Scroll to the Show Job Description section. Click Manage.

Select a category from the Available Categories dropdown, or to add a new category click Manage and then Add New.

Enter the new name of the category and then click Save then Close.

Close the Manage Categories box. 

From the Show Job Descriptions modal click Manage.

Select the category, click the + sign to add a job description.

Enter a name in the Job Description Name field.

Click Upload and navigate to select the file you wish to upload.

From the All Positions dropdown, select the position(s) that should be linked to this job description. Once selected, the positions will appear in the Positions Assigned list.

Click Save.

TIP

Only positions that have been added to your system from the Position Configuration screen will appear in the All Positions list.

To allow employees to access the job description from a link on their appraisal card and within the opened appraisal, click Show from the Show Job Description area.
