Merit Planning: Anniversary Date Plan Apply Increases – Compease

Apply Increases gives users the opportunity to update the employees’ Payrate, Last Increase Date and Last Increase Amount in Employee Maintenance directly from the merit plan.

If you are integrated with Performance Pro; the performance levels in the merit plan must match the performance levels transferred to Employee Maintenance from Performance Pro to utilize this feature.

**Be very cautious to ensure merit increases are correct before sending the new payrates to Employee Maintenance as it can be complicated to undo this process once completed.

 

Apply Increases:

  • Apply Increases>Apply Increases
  • OK

 

  • Select the date range of increases to update.
  • Continue
