Note: Changing any of this information will result in e-signatures needing to be obtained again.
To Change Appraisal Dates or Overall Weights on a Completed Appraisal
Click Employee Documents.
Click Performance History.
Select the completed appraisal.
Click Edit.
Make your changes in the "Edit Historical Appraisal" fields.
Click Save.
To Change a Score, Add a Comment, or Insert Additional Information
Verify the appraisal has been marked complete.
Click Employee Documents.
Click Performance History.
Verify the appraisal states "HISTORY." If it does not, you do not need to use the Uncomplete function to edit since it's a current appraisal.
Verify the employee's current position and appraiser match what is on the completed appraisal. If they are different, temporarily change the appraiser and position in Employee Data prior to uncompleting the appraisal to ensure no data is lost.
Verify that there are no scores or comments in the "CURRENT" appraisal.
Note: Uncompleting will remove any scores, comments, future goals, and goal notes from the current appraisal.
Click Employee Documents.
Click Performance History.
Select the current appraisal.
Check for any scores/ comments. If there are scores/ comments, Click PDF. Information can be copied and pasted back into Performance Pro later from this document.
Verify that no changes have been made to the position.
Compare the Factors on the current and historical appraisals. If there are differences, make note of them so they can be redone after the Uncomplete process.
To Uncomplete the Appraisal
Click Administration.
Click Manage Users.
Click the Uncomplete Appraisal tab.
Click the box to acknowledge that you are intentionally uncompleting this appraisal.
Click Uncomplete Appraisal.
The previous historical appraisal is now the current appraisal. Mark the appraisal complete when you are finished editing.
Note: Remember to Change the position and/or appraiser back if you changed them for the Uncomplete process. Also re-enter into the new current appraisal any scores, comments, future goals, and/or goal notes that you removed using the PDF.
