An Admin Guide to Launching Performance Pro with the New Interface

Ideas and recommendations as you upgrade the Performance Pro new interface and launch to your team.

We’re excited to introduce you to a fresh new look and feel. While the core functionality you are familiar with has not changed, we’ve given the interface a modern makeover and made it even easier to use.

You will find that while the core tools and robust functionality in Performance Pro are the same, operating the application will be much more user-friendly and simpler to operate.

Please note: this upgrade impacts the look and feel of Performance Pro and your data has not been touched.

Here are some key improvements:

We’ve grouped similar features, so finding what you need is much more efficient.
Administrators now have streamlined access to organization-wide configurations all in a more visual, user-friendly format.
For reporting, we’ve introduced additional visual elements to help you generate and export data meaningful data quickly.
Managers can now have access to the new reporting tools.
Admins can customize a new banner with an image depicting your company’s culture or any image you wish to display.

If you have used Performance Pro already, then the elements of the new interface should look very familiar. As you begin to use the new interface, it should be pretty straightforward and seamless. We are confident that you’ll find PP requiring fewer clicks and overall it will be a better experience for your HR team and your team members as they deliver continuous feedback and document performance.

For Admin users, the resources listed below will help you and your team to become familiar with the new interface. Please note, Performance Pro's functionality has not changed, but you'll find usability to be much improved.

As you inform your team of the new interface, it's important to let them know that the operation of Performance Pro is the same as they are familiar with and it includes all the same tools they are used to using. Completing an appraisal will be done with more ease and less confusion and fewer emails to HR. As an example, there is no longer a "next" button when going from item to item. Instead, moving to each item (such as goals or factors) is seamless and all on one page.
