Job Reports - Compease

Below is a list of Reports that can be found in the Job Reports section of Compease. The drop down menu in each section can be used to select the method of which you’d like to run the report.

  • Benchmark Jobs – This report can be run for any benchmark job in the system. First select whether you’d like the job description, job evaluation, or just a list of the benchmark jobs. Then, select the title(s) to run the report for.

  • Proforma Jobs – This report can be run for any proforma job in the system. First select whether you’d like the job description, job evaluation, or just a list of the proforma jobs. Then, select the title(s) to run the report for.

  • Job Description – This report can be run for any of your active job titles. A job description will print based on the information you have input in the Job Master for that job (job evaluation, knowledge & skills, physical requirements, etc.).

  • Job Evaluation – This report will print for any active job and will give the numerical selection and full definition for each compensable factor selected in the job evaluation. This report can be printed with or without a salary range at the end of the report. If printing the salary range, it will print the range for each location currently listed in your list of Locations in Company Master.

  • Job Evaluation Summary – This report shows the numerical selection for each compensable factor as a summary of how each job is graded. This can be run by job grade, department, job title, etc. In this menu, you can also select to print the full definitions for the compensable factors.

  • FLSA Basis – This report will populate for each job you have tested with the FLSA test in the Job Master and met the qualifications for exemption under FLSA. The report lists the full content for each question and how you answered each question.

  • Jobs Assigned to Survey Jobs – This report shows how you have matched your job titles to the survey job titles. Note: This is only relevant for credit union clients and can also be viewed from within the survey tool itself.

  • Job Survey Reports – This report lists the survey titles being surveyed and the brief descriptions of each position. Note: This is only relevant for credit union clients and can also be viewed from within the survey tool itself.

  • Compensable Factor - This report lists the Compensable Factors along with the degree options for grading a job.  The report also populates the degree used for the Benchmark jobs.
  • Job Evaluation Grade Change Report – This report shows changes that have been made to a job evaluation when it caused the grade to change. It will indicate the grade it was before, the new grade, the user that made the change, and the date.

  • Job Notes - This report shows any Job Notes added to the Notes tab under Detailed Job Information. The report for option will provide a list of Job Titles in Job Master and a Time Range. It will indicate the Job Title, the Note that has been changed or added, the user that created the note and the date.

  • Archived Jobs – This report shows the jobs that were used by your company at some point, but no longer in use. You have the capability to reactivate these positions.
