How Can I Determine Which Questions I Answered Incorrectly on an Assessment (Exam)?
For most of the courses on the site, correct and incorrect answers populate immediately while taking the exam.
Below is an example of feedback on a Skillsoft exam question:

For some courses, Training administrators can generate a TLC Coaching Report for an assessment you have taken where you’ve scored less than 100%, and then review the report with you.
Please Note: TLC Coaching Reports can only be ran for certain courses that show with a separate exam. Please contact your site administrator to see if this feature is available for the course/exam you took.
Coaching Reports list the questions that were answered incorrectly, the incorrect answers, and the correct answers.
