Job Master: FLSA Test - Compease
Job Master-->Job Maintenance-->Fair Labor Standards Act Basis:

Select the job to test for exemption eligibility.

Click the Fair Labor Standards Act Basis tab in the Detailed Job Information section.

Select the category you’d like to test the position under. A definition of the category selected will appear. If you’d like to look at another category, select Another Exempt Basis option.

Click Continue to Checklist.

Select Yes or No from the drop-down menu.

Compease will let you know if the position meets the exemption criteria.

The position will be added to the FLSA Basis report if the job is determined to meet the exemption criteria.

Classification can be changed in the General Job Information section.

Click Save.
