Editing an Existing Competency in Performance Pro

Note: Any changes made to a Competency will automatically update to all Positions currently assigned this Competency.

From the main menu, click System Setup, then Content Customization.

From the Competencies tab, click the Available Categories dropdown and select the category which contains the Competency you wish to edit. Ensure the "Company" radio button is selected so your Company categories display instead of the Master categories.

From the Available Competencies dropdown, select the Competency. Click the Edit button.

Make desired edits and click Save at the bottom of the screen.
