Deleting Current or Future Goals - Performance Pro
Note: When a Goal is deleted, it is completely removed from the Performance Pro system. There is no archive or backup file from which to retrieve deleted Goals. Delete Goals with caution!
To Delete a Current or Future Goal
Click Employee Documents.
Click Employee Goal Tools.
The Current Goals tab will display. Click the Future Goals tab if desired.
Click the Delete icon (trash can) beside the Goal you wish to delete. Click Yes to confirm.
Note: Appraisers can delete Goals they have added and Goals the employee has added. Employees can only delete Goals they have added until the Appraiser reviews the goal and re-saves it. Once it is re-saved by the Appraiser, the employee can no longer delete it.
