Listed below are descriptions for Hide & Show settings under the Appraisal Settings tab. When setting changes are made, please remember to click save at the bottom of the Performance Pro page.

Hide Weights |
Hides the weights assigned to individual factors and goals for all users. |

Hide Overall Weights |
Hides the overall weight assigned to the appraisal. |
|
Hide Scores: |
Hides the numeric score and displays only the performance description such as “High Performer” or “Contributor.” Managers will evaluate items on descriptive words only such as "Meets Expectations" instead of scoring a numerical value that equals "Meets Expectations." When "Hide Scores" is enabled, Performance Pro will continue to calculate and generate a performance level value and display it as a description instead of a number. |

The default configuration displays performance level descriptions as well as the numeric rating for the Competency. |
|
|
When "Hide Weighs" and "Hide Scores" are enabled, the selection of the performance level is completed by clicking the description verbiage. |

Hide Last Column |
Hides the previous performance appraisals rating for competencies and goals. |
|
View Performance History |
Allows employees the ability to view all completed Notes, Forms, Appraisals, and Additional Documents contained within their Performance History file. |

View ALL Notes |
Allows the user to view ALL notes on their Notes tab, regardless of who created them or if they were shared or not. |
|
View Forms |
Allows the user to view completed forms. The employee will not be able to see any of the forms that are “Pending” or "in process" initiated by the Manager. |
|
View Appraisals |
Allows the user to view previously “Completed” historical appraisals. The employee is not able to see any manager-entered content prior to “Completion” within the current appraisal unless specifically designated. |

Additional Documents |
Allows the user to view additional documents uploaded to the employee’s profile. They can be Word documents, jpgs, pdf, etc. |

Hide Core Value Section |
Hides the various scoring criterion. If any Core Values, Factors and/or Goals are assigned to an Employee, they must be removed before hiding the section. |
|
Hide Salary |
Hides salary information for all users including admin users. |
|
Hide Configure Home for Non-Admins |
Hides the option for an individual to configure the user section of an employee's home page. |
|
Hide Appraisers Resources |
Hides the link to "Manager Resources" from admin users and/or managers. "Manager Resources" is a series of articles providing information about preparing for an appraisal and conducting the appraisal meeting. |

Hide Merit Matrix |
Hides the built-in merit planning tool from admin users. It is recommended that admin users hide this tool if salary information is also hidden. |
