Downline Rating Distribution
The Downline Rating Distribution report displays employee final ratings on appraisals grouped by employee count and percentage.
Upon opening Advanced Analytics (and running the Performance Pro V2.0 App), the overview of the standard sheets displays. Click on the Downline Rating Distribution Dashboard.
Click in the Employee Status “Select Here” box, click Active, then the checkmark. This will filter the data based on active employees.
Click in the Appraisal Type “Select Here” box, click Last Appraisal and Historical Appraisal, then the checkmark. This will show data for the completed appraisals only.
From the Appraisal Dates area select the date range(s) you desire to filter by. Options to choose from include Appraisal Review Period, Appraisal End Year, and Appraisal Due Year. Click the option, make your date selection, then click the checkmark.
The information displayed in the charts will be for the entire company unless further filters are applied. These filters are found on the right side of the screen and allow you to filter by Management Position, Select Management (manager name), and Final Rating.
You can choose a position and then a management name to see the employees in that manager’s downline.
Number of Employees Per Rating Chart – Displays the employee count and rating distribution between the different performance levels.
Employee Percentage by Rating Chart
Displays the rating distribution by percentage.
The report at the bottom of the screen gives downline rating distribution information in table format. Information includes: Management Name, Management Position, Reporting Structure, Employee Name, Employee Position, Employee Division, Final Rating, and Appraisal Process. The filter buttons at the top of the table will dictate what information is displayed in the table.
Click on a filter button to filter by that item.
Note: In the Reporting Structure column, note that Downline level 1 is a direct report of the employee under the management name. Downline level 2 would be those that report to the management name’s direct reports and so forth.
You can expand the charts to full screen by clicking the expansion arrow.
Note: Depending on the browser you are using, you may not automatically see the expansion arrows. If applicable, hover or right click in the box to display the options.
