Advanced Analytics: Cycle Status

The Cycle Status report displays the status of all appraisals. It identifies whether the appraisal has been started by the Employee/Appraiser and if it is marked RFM, merged, routed, or marked complete.

Upon opening Advanced Analytics (and running the Performance Pro V2.0 App), the overview of the standard sheets displays. Click on Cycle Status Dashboard.

From the Employee Status “Select Here” box, click Active, then the green checkmark. This will filter the data based on active employees. Once selected, the filter will appear above the dashboard until it is removed. The filter will stay if you move to another sheet.

From the Appraisal Dates area, select the date range(s) you desire to filter by. Options include Appraisal Review Period, Appraisal End Year, and Appraisal Due Year. Click the option, make your date selection, then click the green checkmark

From the Appraisal Complete Status area choose “Yes” to view only appraisals that have been marked “Complete.” This will display Last and Historical Appraisals. If you choose “No” you will be viewing open appraisals only. If you do not make a selection, you will be viewing all appraisals.

The Appraisal Process is not a filter available at the top of this dashboard. However, you can filter by Appraisal process in the table by clicking on the magnifying glass in the column header and making your choice from the list of processes that appear then clicking the green checkmark.

The table at the bottom of the screen displays the information according to filters you have applied. Information includes:

  • Employee Name
  • Position
  • Appraiser
  • Appraisal Start Date
  • Appraisal End Date
  • Due Date
  • Employee Started (yes or no)
  • Appraiser Started (yes or no)
  • Employee Marked RFM (yes or no)
  • Appraiser Marked RFM (yes or no)
  • Merged (yes or no)
  • Routed (yes or no)
  • Appraisal Complete Status (yes or no)
  • Appraisal Process

The filter buttons at the top of the table will dictate what information displays in the table. Click on a filter button to filter by that item.

The “Appraiser Started Status” and “Appraiser Marked Ready/RFM” pie charts show the numerical and percentage breakdown of those statuses. Hover over the pie chart to view the number/share of employees that make up that section.

Hovering over the chart will also cause additional options to appear. Click the arrows to expand to full screen view if desired.

Note: Depending on the browser you are using, you may not automatically see the expansion arrows. If applicable, hover or right click in the box to display the options.

The report can easily be exported. Refer to the article “Advanced Analytics – Downloading/Exporting Data” for information.
